An evaluation of a series of multi-disciplinary masterclasses delivered to professionals in the team around the child. In addition the programme includes the development of the role of the foster care pioneer.
Overview
We are half way though the project and have completed the interim report. Feedback has been positive, especially as the training has moved on-line and is far more accessible.

Survey, interviews, observations and focus group.
Findings
This evaluation has now been completed. The feedback on the masterclass training was very positive, and the role of the Pioneer foster carer showed great promise. We have an event outlining our findings in early February 2023.
