The CUBE is an innovative, community led and co-produced support centre and coffee shop in the seaside town of Barry. Its focus is to use a restorative approach to engage with and empower the local community, particularly struggling families. It hosts many support sessions and activities for children and families, men and women as well as providing a local social hub through its café.
Prior to the launch of the centre, CASCADE were commissioned by the CUBE to carry out a review of their practice, to evaluate their approach to co-production and using a restorative approach.
